• Manage sourcing for senior individual contributors and leaders

• Facilitate candidate interactions and nurture relationships

• Employ our ATS for streamlined recruitment management

• Partner with hiring managers to fulfill client requirements

• Deliver excellent candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience necessary

• Commitment to honesty and shared success

• Must hold a Linked In subscription for sourcing

• Strong organizational skills with an accountable approach

• Friendly demeanor with a creative perspective
