Position: Aviso Accommodation Program Manager
Become the driving force behind Aviso’s leave and workplace accommodation initiatives. As the Program Manager, focus on compliance, governance, and innovative solutions to improve employee experiences.

Join Aviso's People & Culture team in this key leadership role reporting to the Director of Strategic HR Business Partner. You will develop scalable frameworks for managing leaves and accommodations while ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient and compliant. Expertise in HR and disability management will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enhancement of leave and workplace accommodation programs

• Manage documentation and coordination of complex cases

• Advise on statutory leave processes and compliance

• Develop and implement policies for program consistency

• Monitor program metrics and prepare reporting for governance

Requirements:

• 7+ years of HR experience, including leave management

• Strong knowledge of human rights and privacy legislation

• Proven track record of managing sensitive cases

• Experience in developing processes in complex environments

• Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
