TradeBeyond HR Manager Position

Elevate HR practices at Trade Beyond in Vancouver as our HR Manager. Lead recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations to enhance our workplace culture.

In this impactful role, you will partner with the Global Head of People & Culture and regional managers while overseeing the full employee life cycle. With responsibilities ranging from recruitment and payroll to employee engagement initiatives, this position is ideal for someone detail-oriented and people-focused. You will help shape our office environment and support our return-to-office strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers on employee relations

• Oversee HR operations, onboarding, and offboarding

• Process payroll accurately with vendors

• Support recruiting using the DECIDE framework

• Enhance workplace culture and engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• 8+ years of HR business partnership experience

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of Canadian employment standards

• Proficient in ATS platforms and HR technologies

• Experience in a SaaS or global organization is beneficial
