In this strategic role as Senior Total Rewards Leader, you’ll shape IREN's comprehensive rewards framework, essential for attracting and retaining top talent in the AI infrastructure landscape. You'll lead a specialized team, setting the vision for a scalable and equitable compensation, benefits, and mobility strategy in alignment with IREN’s sustainable mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a robust global rewards strategy that facilitates talent attraction

• Serve as a key advisor to executive leaders on compensation matters

• Develop and oversee job architecture and incentive plans

• Innovate global benefits and well-being programs for employees

• Manage compliance for international talent mobility

Requirements:

• 15+ years in compensation and benefits leadership roles

• Experience advising Compensation Committees and executive teams

• Deep knowledge of international compensation regulations

• Strong communication and influencing skills at senior levels

• Relevant degree in HR, Business, Finance or related area
