You will oversee the human resources function, manage the full employee lifecycle, and lead the AIBC Volunteer Program. Your expertise will directly influence the team’s culture and operational improvements, making it essential for someone who excels in both strategy and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement people programs aligned with AIBC's values
• Optimize HR policies and systems to boost performance
• Manage recruitment, performance, and employee development
• Lead the AIBC Volunteer Program and its lifecycle processes
• Ensure a safe and productive office environment
Requirements:
• University degree or Human Resources diploma
• CPHR designation required
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in change management and HR project management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Drive impactful HR initiatives and enhance the employee experience at AIBC in Vancouver.
