You will oversee the human resources function, manage the full employee lifecycle, and lead the AIBC Volunteer Program. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement people programs aligned with AIBC's values

• Optimize HR policies and systems to boost performance

• Manage recruitment, performance, and employee development

• Lead the AIBC Volunteer Program and its lifecycle processes

• Ensure a safe and productive office environment

Requirements:

• University degree or Human Resources diploma

• CPHR designation required

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience

• Experience in change management and HR project management

• Strong communication and organizational skills
