The specialist will focus on recruitment, employee benefits administration, and maintaining payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate HR activities from recruitment to onboarding

• Process full-cycle payroll, including adjustments

• Ensure compliance with Yukon and BC payroll regulations

• Prepare and manage essential HR documentation

• Maintain employee records confidentially and accurately
Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of HR and payroll experience in Canada

• Yukon payroll processing experience is essential

• Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification needed

• Knowledge of mining or industrial environments is an asset
