- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Management, Talent Enablement, and Organizational Design within enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of guiding sales and go-to-market organizations through complex methodology pivots
- Deep expertise in architecting end-to-end talent frameworks, including competency modeling, career mobility, succession, and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to act as an arms-length internal consultant, build credibility, enable Business Partners, and create tailored functional outcomes
- Mastery of transparent communication principles, including actively seeking to understand, facilitating creative conflict, and building deep trust across all levels during change
- High business acumen and ability to balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic transformation
- Passion for continuous learning, openness to feedback, and focus on coaching and upskilling peers and junior team members
Demonstrates extensive expertise in Talent Management, Talent Enablement, and Organizational Design, with a focus on architecting end-to-end talent frameworks and integrating AI solutions into talent workflows.
