Associate Lawyer

Nasser Allan LLP – Vancouver Divorce Lawyers is a boutique law firm dedicated exclusively to family and divorce law. We support clients through all stages of their relationships, from forming families to navigating separation and divorce. While we prioritize efficient, cost‑effective resolutions outside of court whenever possible, we also bring extensive litigation experience. Our lawyers regularly appear before all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal. Our collaborative and compassionate team is committed to delivering personalized service and effective advocacy to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

We are seeking a full‑time Associate Lawyer with the ability to assume conduct of family law files immediately. The successful candidate will guide clients through resolution, whether by negotiated agreement or litigation. This role is well‑suited to a confident and self‑directed lawyer with strong litigation experience who is prepared to take the lead in managing their own files from start to finish.

• Strong knowledge and experience in family law
• Excellent research, legal writing, and case preparation skills
• Proficiency in negotiation, mediation, and court representation
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship development skills
• Ability to handle sensitive legal matters with compassion, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Experience litigating cases in Supreme Court including trial experience
• Membership in the Law Society of British Columbia and good standing
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases effectively
