We’re seeking experienced Lawyers to provide practical, on-demand legal support to small and mid-sized organizations. As a Fractional Lawyer, you’ll advise multiple clients on contracts, compliance, and business strategy, helping them make confident, informed decisions while managing your own schedule.

Delivery

$100-$150/hour, dependent on experience

• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate or employment law matters
• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to growing businesses across different industries
• Help clients prevent, navigate, and resolve legal challenges while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Negotiate contracts, transactions, and settlements on behalf of clients
• Manage multiple clients and legal matters with varying priorities and deadlines
• Contribute to innovative approaches in legal delivery

• 5+ years of experience in employment, business law, corporate/commercial, or general counsel-type roles
• Proven strength in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Ability to navigate client needs with business acumen and practical legal judgment
• Comfortable working in collaborative, tech-enabled environments
• Member in good standing with their provincial Law Society.
• Licensed in multiple Provinces in an asset.
