Associate Lawyer - Estate Litigation - 5+ years of experience

Our client, a growing and forward‑thinking law firm, is seeking an experienced Estate Lawyer to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with at least 5+ years of practice experience and a solid foundation in estate law. The role offers the chance to manage a variety of complex files with a focus on client advocacy, clear communication, and compassionate service.

An existing client base is preferred. Clearly defined partnership track, ability to mentor, lead the estate group & mold the department and set quality standards.

• Manage and advocate for clients in estate law matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft high‑quality legal documents.
• Negotiate resolutions while maintaining professional relationships.
• Offer strategic advice to clients and support colleagues within the firm.

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Skilled in legal drafting, negotiation, and client relations.
• Strong understanding of relevant statutes and regulations.
• Empathetic and professional in guiding clients through sensitive matters.

• Flexible structure: fee‑split or salary with performance bonus.
• Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000+, based on experience, book of business, and year of call.
