About The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a legal assistant with 3–5 years of experience looking to step into a challenging and rewarding position. You will support a partner, an associate, and the department on wills, estate, tax-driven work, trust planning, estate administration, and some corporate matters. The position provides excellent exposure to complex legal matters, the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals, and room for growth for motivated candidates.

About The Position
Reporting to the Wealth Preservation Group, you will be a key member of the team. Responsibilities include supporting the department on estate planning, administration, trust work, corporate matters, and tax-related projects. You will also manage billing and use systems such as 3E and Mira. The position requires someone who can work quickly, accurately, and independently while maintaining a high standard of client service.

The Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in wills, estate, and trust work
  • Experience with tax-driven estate planning and estate administration
  • Proficiency in billing and systems such as 3E and Mira
  • Ability to support partners and associates in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Compensation

  • Salary: $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience
