Overview Our client is seeking a skilled and client focused lawyer with 5-10 years of substantive experience in construction litigation to join our team. They practice collaboratively with an emphasis on client service, mentorship and commitment to professional excellence.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience on advising on a wide-range of construction related disputes.
Experience advising on risk management, contract negotiation and drafting, insurance and regulatory compliance would be beneficial.
