We are currently seeking a Billing Specialist to join our Vancouver team and support the Finance department. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.

• Minimum 3 years of billing experience in a law firm.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Client-focused and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of legal billing software (e.g., Elite or 3E) is highly desirable.

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
