Responsibilities
The incumbent lawyer who joins this team will have opportunities to work both independently and in collaboration with senior lawyers on all aspects of commercial real estate: acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, property development, and financing.
Qualifications
- Called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
- 3+ years of post call experience with an emphasis on commercial real estate matters
- Be comfortable with a billable target of 1700
