Duties
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
Draft legal documents including agreements, and pleadings
Represent clients in court proceedings or negotiations, including trial
Provide legal advice and guidance on legal matters
Collaborate with colleagues to strategize on cases
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations
Experience
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to the bar of the Province of British Columbia
Ideally 1-5 years of call
Proven experience in legal practice, preferably in personal injury and/or estates
Strong proficiency in legal research tools
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrated ability in legal drafting and writing
