Associate Lawyer

Mussio Goodman specializes in personal injury and estate litigation. We are seeking a lawyer to join our legal team in the estates and/or personal injury department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in estate litigation.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft legal documents including agreements, and pleadings
• Represent clients in court proceedings or negotiations, including trial
• Provide legal advice and guidance on legal matters
• Collaborate with colleagues to strategize on cases
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the bar of the Province of British Columbia
• Ideally 1-5 years of call
• Proven experience in legal practice, preferably in personal injury and/or estates
• Strong proficiency in legal research tools
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrated ability in legal drafting and writing
