Location - Downtown Vancouver, BC

We're hiring on behalf of a respected boutique firm located in downtown Vancouver, seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing Employment Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator looking to develop a strong practice within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with an existing book of business or demonstrated ability to generate and maintain client relationships.

• Manage and assist with wrongful dismissal, human rights claims, and workplace disputes
• Appear before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and other relevant tribunals
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, applications, and settlement materials
• Conduct discoveries, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Provide strategic advice to employers and employees on employment disputes
• Contribute to business development initiatives and grow your practice

• 2024 year of call or more (BC)
• Litigation experience, ideally with exposure to employment matters
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and analytical skills
• Confidence in managing files independently
• Book of business preferred (or strong interest in developing one)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and client‑focused approach
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
