A well-regarded Vancouver-based litigation firm is confidentially seeking to expand its platform by integrating an established solicitor practice or small solicitor team. This opportunity is ideal for lawyers looking to leverage a strong litigation counterpart to drive cross-referrals, shared clients, and long-term growth.

The firm is actively building a complementary solicitor offering and is seeking lawyers interested in collaborative practice development. The incoming solicitor practice will benefit from an existing litigation client base, internal referral opportunities, and a growth-oriented firm strategy.

• 2+ solicitor lawyers (or a senior solicitor open to group expansion)

• 1–2 support staff preferred

• Approximate portable book of business: $400,000+

• Practice areas may include corporate/commercial, real estate, wills & estates, or general solicitor work

• Interest in building a cross-referral model with litigation colleagues
