About the Role

The eDiscovery Litigation Law Clerk will play a pivotal role in managing document collections and ensuring efficient litigation support. Responsibilities include organizing complex construction files, coordinating evidence reviews, and utilizing eDiscovery software. You will be integral in preparing legal documents, facilitating trial procedures, and assisting throughout mediation and litigation processes.

What You Bring
  • Completion of a Law Clerk program from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of specialized experience in construction or general litigation.
  • Proficiency in eDiscovery software (Relativity preferred) and strong technical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and eDiscovery processes.
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of documents.
  • Strong client-service drive with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, demonstrating sound business judgment and professionalism.
  • A collaborative team player attitude, with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
