About the Role
We are seeking a Litigation Associate specializing in insolvency, foreclosures, and commercial litigation. In this role, you will manage your own legal cases while collaborating with senior legal experts on complex matters. The position is tailored for a legal professional who is keen on furthering their career in litigation and demonstrates excellent judgment and client service acumen.
The Offer
- Competitive lockstep salary between $140,000 and $190,000, based on years of experience.
- Incentive bonus model for exceeding billable hour expectations.

- 5+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insolvency, foreclosures, and commercial litigation.
- Demonstrated experience with foreclosures, receiverships, and familiarity with the BIA and CCAA.
- Proven ability to manage litigation files from initiation to resolution.
- A self-motivated, diligent approach with a strong work ethic and effective interpersonal skills.
- While having an existing client base is advantageous, it is not compulsory.
