About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced legal environment. This full-time position requires expertise in managing complex administrative tasks and providing top-notch support to lawyers.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of legal proceedings and office functions. Experience in Employment and Labour or recent commercial litigation is desirable.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Labour & Employment or Commercial Litigation in a legal administrative capacity.
• Solid understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Skilled in using MS Teams, One Drive, and document management programs.
• Strong composition, grammar, and editing skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
• Legal Administrative Certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
