Carpet Cleaning Supervisor

Overview

ON BEHALF OF BCS BCS CLEANING INC. , Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Carpet Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a full-time, permanent employee, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of carpet cleaning technicians and ensure the highest level of service for our clients.

• Oversee and manage a team of carpet cleaning technicians, ensuring they are following company policies and procedures
• Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they are properly equipped to perform their duties
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments, taking into account client preferences and availability
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets company standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of company vehicles and equipment
• Keep accurate records of work completed and report any issues or incidents to management
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and clients
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed, including carpet cleaning, stain removal, and spot treatment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in carpet cleaning or related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
