As a member of the Shelter & Housing Program supervisory team, the Supervisor, Housing Program, will oversee tenant support case management team, and the daily operations of the Transitional Housing Program. The position will coordinate within UGM, manage the referrals to transitional housing, make programming decisions and direct support for the transitional housing participants.
The position will also ensure smooth operation by applying best practices utilizing social work paradigms, by identifying gaps and needs of the branch and providing timely and effective solutions. This support will include liaising and collaborating with various UGM departments and outside contractors. In addition, this position provides support to the Manager, Shelter and Housing program as well as coordination of volunteers within the Housing Programs.
This role also will work collaboratively with the Shelter and Housing leadership team on program development. As a supervisor, you will be a role model for the rest of the team, striving to enhance care for our community members, and services consistent with UGM’s Vision and Core values.

. The starting salary range for this position is $30.40 to $33.22 per hour.
