. As the Corporate Sustainability Manager, you will lead STEMCELL’s environmental sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with global regulations. You will oversee and coordinate multi-departmental projects and serve as a key partner to senior leadership to enhance the company’s environmental impact. • Develop and oversee environmental compliance strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Provide guidance and mentorship on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, assigning priorities and ensuring efficient resource allocation across compliance and sustainability projects
• Oversee tracking of global environmental regulations and governance requirements and communicate associated trends and risks
• Ensure the company meets regulatory obligations, including documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
• Review and serve as primary liaison for internal and public sustainability and compliance disclosures, ensuring alignment with global reporting standards and customer requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field. Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability, or ESG management
• Strong knowledge of global environmental regulations and corporate ESG reporting standards and proven experience managing multi-departmental projects
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable company-wide initiatives

Please note that this is a fixed-term leave coverage for 12 months.

The annual salary for this job ranges from $98,900.00 - $. STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization.
