As an RRS, you will foster a culture of positive leadership, coordinate with municipal partners, and work closely with the WCS team to uphold our high service standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, optimizing routes, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Manage Timekeeping, Documentation, and Compliance
Oversee driver attendance and punctuality. Approve payroll, review route sheets and disposal tickets, and ensure accurate documentation of exceptions, delays, or non-compliance issues.
  • Incident Management and Reporting
Respond promptly to accidents or injuries. Complete detailed reports, conduct investigations, and manage follow-up including workers’ compensation, vehicle damage, and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Employee Development, Coaching, and Discipline
Conduct regular performance evaluations, monitor attendance, and apply progressive discipline where necessary. Support employee development through coaching, mentorship, and clear expectations.
  • Lead Team Meetings and Promote Culture
Facilitate regular driver meetings to promote team morale, reinforce customer service standards, and cultivate a culture of accountability, pride, and service excellence.
  • Data Reporting and KPI Monitoring
