- Lead firmwide operational execution and ensure alignment across offices and functions
- Manage administrative and support staff, including EAs, and oversee HR processes (onboarding, policies, reviews)
- Translate Executive Committee decisions into action, track initiatives, and elevate issues as needed
- Coordinate internal reporting, cadence, and follow-through, including event and office logistics
- Oversee operational resources, including office expenses, copier/technology upgrades, and lease renewals
- Evaluate software and technology options, including CRM systems, provide recommendations, and support implementation decisions
- Identify operational risks, propose solutions, and maintain operational discipline
- Highly organized and systems-oriented approach, ensuring smooth firm operations
- Strong judgment and confidence in navigating ambiguity and partnership dynamics
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across senior professionals
- Dedication to operational alignment, enabling the Executive Committee to focus on strategy
- Understanding and appreciation of professional services environments and firm culture
- Ability to manage projects that impact office infrastructure, technology, and vendor relationships
