We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Level
3) to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the Canadian public sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating digital requirements, developing business requirements, and managing interdependencies across multiple organizations and stakeholders. This role requires strong schedule management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to deliver within aggressive timelines.

- Develop and maintain the overall program schedule for digital transformation activities, including identification and management of interdependencies and critical paths;
- Track and report project progress on an ongoing basis and at defined lifecycle milestones;
- Lead and manage multiple Analysts, each responsible for specific elements of the project;
- Manage the project through development, implementation, and operational startup, ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, and performance parameters;
- Define and document project objectives, team composition, roles and responsibilities, and terms of reference;
- Engage regularly with stakeholders and other project managers to identify, articulate, and resolve issues;
- Prepare project plans, charts, tables, and diagrams to support analysis and decision-making;
- Utilize a variety of project management tools to support planning, tracking, and reporting;
- Manage and coordinate interdependencies across digital and business initiatives; and
- Supervise contracted Business Analysts.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager on complex initiatives (or 5+ years of experience with a recognized professional certification);
- A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-stream projects with complex interdependencies;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience working in or with the public sector is a strong asset; and
- Ability to work onsite with hybrid flexibility.
