• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Account Managers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all client service operations, ensuring high-quality, timely, and accurate support across diverse commercial accounts.
• Manage renewal processes, documentation, and carrier relationships to secure optimal coverage and market conditions.
• Drive process efficiencies, monitor key performance metrics, and support strategic initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor, resolving escalated issues and guiding your team through complex client and operational challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with underwriting partners and carriers to align service delivery with market requirements.
• Ensure team compliance with industry standards, Epic procedures, and regulatory requirements, emphasizing a safety-first approach.

• Valid Level 2 insurance license
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial insurance
• Deep technical knowledge of commercial P&C coverage including G​L, Property, Cyber, D&O, and related lines.
• Hands‑on experience with EPICand carrier portals.
• Exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and organizational prowess.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with carriers and internal stakeholders.
