Position: Regional Manager - Western Premium Apparel - Apparel - Contemporary

Description

  • Lead regional sales, profitability, and KPI performance across all store formats in Western Canada.

  • Translate brand and corporate strategy into clear, executable regional action plans.

  • Maintain a strong field presence through regular store visits, coaching, and performance reviews.

  • Own regional P&L performance, including payroll, expenses, and margin delivery.

  • Drive consistent execution of operational, loss prevention, and compliance standards.

  • Partner with merchandising and planning teams to optimize assortment, inventory flow, and sell-through.

  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed in alignment with global brand direction.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing store leadership teams; build succession pipelines.

  • Elevate customer experience by driving service standards, engagement, and loyalty metrics.

  • Communicate priorities and expectations clearly while building strong cross-functional partnerships.

  • Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive multi-site or flagship leadership experience within premium or aspirational retail.

  • Proven success leading regions with mixed formats (full-price, outlet, and/or shop-in-shop).

  • Strong commercial judgment with hands-on P&L responsibility and fluency in retail math.

  • A visible, credible people leader with a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing both strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across levels and functions.

  • Advanced proficiency with business tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and reporting systems.

  • Comfortable with extensive travel and flexible scheduling.

  • Significant regional travel is required.

  • Comfort working across varied store formats and physical layouts.
