Description
Lead regional sales, profitability, and KPI performance across all store formats in Western Canada.
Translate brand and corporate strategy into clear, executable regional action plans.
Maintain a strong field presence through regular store visits, coaching, and performance reviews.
Own regional P&L performance, including payroll, expenses, and margin delivery.
Drive consistent execution of operational, loss prevention, and compliance standards.
Partner with merchandising and planning teams to optimize assortment, inventory flow, and sell-through.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed in alignment with global brand direction.
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing store leadership teams; build succession pipelines.
Elevate customer experience by driving service standards, engagement, and loyalty metrics.
Communicate priorities and expectations clearly while building strong cross-functional partnerships.
Requirements
8+ years of progressive multi-site or flagship leadership experience within premium or aspirational retail.
Proven success leading regions with mixed formats (full-price, outlet, and/or shop-in-shop).
Strong commercial judgment with hands-on P&L responsibility and fluency in retail math.
A visible, credible people leader with a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing both strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across levels and functions.
Advanced proficiency with business tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and reporting systems.
Comfortable with extensive travel and flexible scheduling.
Significant regional travel is required.
Comfort working across varied store formats and physical layouts.
