We are now seeking an on-site leader for this dynamic team.

We are in search of a highly motivated operations leader with a proven track record of establishing scalable operational programs in technical environments. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to develop systems and processes, fostering a high-performance team dedicated to project delivery and quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in operational roles.

Preference given to candidates with experience overseeing teams responsible for delivering B2B products or services.

Proven experience in identifying, planning, and implementing systems and processes.

Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams of significant size (approximately 20-100 people).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Compensation:
Base salary is flexible in the $180k+ range, plus variable and substantial benefits on top.
