** JOB TYPE**:
Permanent full-time salaried employment.
** LOCATION**:
Preference for Vancouver/Victoria region, open to non-local applicants.
** HOURS**:
Monday through Friday, within business operating hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (40 hour/week).
** Responsibilities (including but not limited to):*
* * Promote safety best practices in all aspects of branch operations.
* Manage all branch operations including P&L, sales, administration & contracts.
* Manage project sites and ensure that lifts are completed safely and efficiently.
* Manage branch fleet (light and heavy-duty equipment), including preventative maintenance.
* Improve existing customer relationships and develop new strategic relationships.
* Improve market share in operational areas.
* Champion continuous improvement and lean initiatives in branch operations.

* Qualifications:

*** High School diploma or equivalent is required. Post-secondary diploma (in business administration, management, finance, engineering, safety, sales or equivalent) is considered an asset. Project Management Certification (PMC) is considered an asset.
* A minimum of 5 years of heavy equipment operational leadership at the branch level with proven, progressive leadership experience. Experience in crane and rigging operations is considered an asset.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to multi-task within a fast-paced work environment.
