Company Description

Leading Multi Service North American Print Manufacturer seek a Director of Sales and Business Operations to lead the sales team efforts in Western Canada. As the Director of Sales you will be responsible for all sales activities, revenue growth, and business development in the Western Canadian division.

This includes overseeing our product and service offerings, with a strong emphasis on sales to Digital and Large Format Signage clients. You will lead a dedicated sales team operating in offices across Western Canada, as well as manage a team of inside sales and customer support staff.

Compensation

Position Description

  • Set strategic sales targets and objectives for the Western Canadian division.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Lead marketing efforts to promote our products and services in the region.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct C-level presentations and build strong client relationships.
  • Coach and develop sales team members to excel in their roles.
  • Lead internal meetings to align strategies and objectives.
  • Drive new account acquisition and business development efforts.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Experience

  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership in a similar industry.
  • Experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the print manufacturing industry and related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
