Strategic Sales creates word of mouth and build brand awareness in communities by sharing our best in the world technical product with key athletic influencers around the world. We build win-win relationships with fitness studios, athletic teams and campus bookstores to create conversation about our product and ultimately drive guests to our vertical channels.
Core ResponsibilitiesAs a Program Lead, Strategic Sales Operations at lululemon you support initiating, creating and maintaining programming within Strategic Sales. You contribute to the delivery and governance of strategic growth initiatives by supporting key work streams within Strategic Sales. Inclusive of growth initiatives, you will be responsible for supporting in optimizing process to effectively drive consistency forward. You are responsible for providing regular updates to key partners and enrolling appropriate partners to support cross‑functional teams.
- In partnership with the Operations Manager and/or Program Manager(s), you create strategies, present programming evolution and work with cross functional teams to drive results.
- You accelerate business performance through the implementation of innovative new solutions and the improvement of current operational approaches
- Drive project outcomes by developing and maintaining project plans, identifying issues early, and ensuring effective governance and oversight in partnership with Program Manager(s), workstream leads, and strategy partners.
- Organize, structure, and host cross functional calls, delivering clear agendas and achieving meaningful results.
- Partner with the Strategic Sales Leadership team to shape strategy, develop roadmaps, and set measurable KPI
- Monitor, maintain, and communicate timelines and risks for projects from ideation to close
- Consider and action opportunity for optimization in process, communication flow and/or tools
- You anticipate problems and roadblocks and can change tactics midstream when something is not working
- Special projects within Strategic Sales as needed
- 3-5 years of experience in lead operations roles or project management
- Proven track record of managing multiple diverse projects within related field
- Ability to influence and manage conversations and meetings across the organization at multiple levels
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across working groups
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations;
Change Management certification or relevant training a plus

Compensation And Benefits Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.
