As a Warehouse Operations team leader, you will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring efficient daily operations alongside the warehouse manager. Your leadership will help maintain inventory, receive supplies, and manage logistics effectively. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards is also a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accountability systems for warehouse processes

• Oversee daily duties and staff assignment

• Track and communicate inventory shortages

• Conduct monthly and weekly inventory reports

• Maintain cleaning schedules and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• High school diploma is needed

• Three years in food and beverage distribution required

• Minimum two years’ supervisory experience

• Must possess excellent communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in various conditions
