As a full-time Team Lead, you will oversee energy analysts and handle critical consulting projects aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon footprints. This position demands a leader with at least 3-5 years of experience in energy consulting, coupled with strong project management and interpersonal skills. You will ensure your team consistently meets project deliverables while fostering excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Energy Analysts and mentor them

• Plan and execute comprehensive energy consulting projects

• Monitor and validate to ensure technical accuracy

• Manage client communications and project close-outs

• Oversee performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree related to Engineering or Environmental Science

• Minimum 3–5 years in energy consulting

• Experience with energy modelling tools

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Must have the right to work in Canada
