Position: Employee Development and Training Manager
Lead employee development initiatives as an Employee Development and Training Manager. Focus on creating culturally relevant training programs that enhance staff capacity within the Health and Wellness Department.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs tailored to meet the needs of the community and department goals. This position emphasizes fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and funding agreements. Strong organizational skills and communication are vital as you develop, track, and analyze training outcomes.
