Key Responsibilities:

• Attend virtual Board meetings four times yearly

• Assist in shaping strategic direction and governance

• Participate in active fundraising initiatives

• Address finance, audit, or risk management topics

• Collaborate in specialized committees for Board development

Requirements:

• Commitment to accessibility and community empowerment

• Experience in governance or strategic planning

• Background in donor development or healthcare

• Lived experience representing diverse perspectives

• Strong collaborative and respectful communication skills
