This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with at least 5 years of experience in a senior operational role within a $20M+ revenue business. Be the driving force behind the success of all core functions, including Operations, Revenue, and People & Culture, while ensuring high-quality member experiences. Your efforts will directly contribute to organizational growth.
