About This Team

The Fulfillment Planning team is a critical function that facilitates connection and partnership across our Global Fulfillment vertical and key stakeholders. The role reports to the Director, Fulfillment Planning and leads a team of analysts to develop the program and deliver on key mandates in this highly cross‑functional area. The team coordinates with stakeholders across Ecom & Retail Channel Operations, Merchandise Planning, S&OP, FP&A, DC Operations, Logistics, Fulfillment Engineering & Strategy, and others to drive targeted performance reviews, continuous improvement, and risk reduction.

Core

Responsibilities
  • Drive leadership review forums to enhance partnership and product flow across stakeholders, optimizing cost to serve.
  • Leverage operational and financial expertise to support management of Fulfilment network optimizations, identifying and quantifying impacts on financials, and surface risks & options.
  • Partner across Product, Finance and Fulfilment verticals to deliver integrated planning processes, accurately capturing network shifts, ensuring alignment and clarity as plans adjust, and coordinating resolution of operational risks.
  • Collaborate with key channel, MPA, PDM and technology groups to develop and deliver a roadmap of key optimization projects and supportive KPIs and data‑rich toolsets aimed at cost and/or service benefits.
  • Align demand profiles and inventory position with distribution center capacity, focusing on Q4 event planning & in‑season execution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, managing risk and highlighting solutions, leveraging end‑to‑end understanding of the Fulfilment network structure.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and scopes simultaneously, including planning, budgeting and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to align leadership team members to recommendations, plans and drive decision‑making.
  • Deep understanding of end‑to‑end business processes, including some working knowledge of distribution, logistics, and trade compliance networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to lead complex network modeling and financial analysis.
  • Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Self‑starter approach, consistently meeting objectives and fostering that within the team.
  • Strong experience with MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word; experience with Power BI, SQL and JIRA is an asset.
  • Undisputed integrity, personal and business ethics, building trust with stakeholders.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics or Mathematics.
  • 7‑10 years minimum experience.

Compensation and Benefits Package

Salary range: $134,100 – $176,000 annually, based on location and experience.
