Construction Project Manager for Residential Projects

This role seeks a highly experienced Project Manager with proven skills in overseeing large-scale residential projects. You'll interact closely with clients, coordinate project phases, and maintain adherence to budgets and schedules. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct project lifecycle from initiation to closeout

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in project management

• Successful completion of two full project life cycles
