The Academic Administrative Manager is crucial in leading the administrative functions of the Academic Dean’s Office. You will ensure the recruitment and support of faculty while managing budget processes effectively. Your responsibilities include fostering communication between the office and stakeholders and ensuring compliance with college policies while demonstrating confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee faculty appointment and leave processes
• Prepare and manage operational budgets and reports
• Supervise the administrative support staff team
• Ensure effective communication within the Academic Dean’s Office
• Collaborate on academic project development and review
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A minimum of 5 years in office and budget management
• Strong supervisory and leadership experience
• Familiar with financial policies in education settings
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
