In this pivotal role, you will provide commercial leadership on major projects, significantly influencing their successful completion.
The Senior Design Commercial Manager will monitor and manage financial aspects, including project profitability and cost reporting. You will also facilitate the integration of design and engineering disciplines while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project financial activities and report outcomes
- Monitor overall project profitability and manage AR/AP
- Process invoices and manage change control processes
- Produce financial reports highlighting variances and impacts
- Implement earned value management for performance tracking
- Degree in engineering, construction management, or similar
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the consultancy workplace
- Strong knowledge of risk management and scheduling tools
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects
