As Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in monitoring daily operations and facility oversight in LMNHS’s new location. This position emphasizes developing systems, managing IT infrastructures, and leading a diverse staff team. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in nonprofit organizations, along with strong skills in facilities management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and enforce operating policies and procedures
• Manage teams in maintenance, IT, and office tasks
• Oversee information technology systems and databases
• Ensure all facility operations are smooth and compliant
• Contribute to policy development as part of leadership
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in administration or management
• Five years of relevant operational experience
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in IT systems and software
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
