Director Planned Giving Strategy

Reporting to the SVP of Philanthropy, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive Planned Giving program that aligns with the Foundation's mission. With at least 7–10 years of experience in related fields, you will manage donor relationships, oversee estate gift administration, and partner with teams for holistic donor strategies. Your expertise will drive the Foundation's long-term fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and lead a Planned Giving strategy aligned with goals
• Grow a portfolio of planned giving donors and prospects
• Supervise estate gift administration and compliance processes
• Create integrative marketing strategies for planned giving
• Establish data integrity and governance practices
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in law or financial planning
• 7-10+ years in fundraising, planned giving, or law
• Strong grasp of Canadian tax and estate legislation
• Effective relationship management with donors
• Experience in program development and execution
Lead philanthropic initiatives to fortify long-term support for St. Paul’s Foundation’s mission.
