Position: Senior Leadership Role in Rail Expansion
Lead the modernization of Metro Vancouver's transit system with Trans Link as Senior Leader for the Rail Expansion Program. Drive strategic initiatives for the Expo and Millennium Lines while ensuring optimal delivery and outcomes.

In this key leadership position, you will guide the Rail Expansion Program Office, focusing on achieving high standards in program delivery and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise in managing complex projects will help ensure Trans Link’s critical objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead overall leadership for the Rail Expansion initiatives

• Coordinate program management controls and reporting

• Ensure stakeholder expectations and service levels are met

• Develop and evaluate strategic capital budget proposals

• Manage internal relationships to facilitate project decisions

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Planning, or related field

• At least ten years of progressive managerial experience

• Expertise in project management and negotiation

• Strong financial management and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
