Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of Energy Analysts
- Manage energy audits and GHG reduction projects
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Track project KPIs and deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years in energy consulting or sustainability
- 1-2 years supervising technical staff
- Experience with energy modelling software
