Key Responsibilities:
• Coach clinic staff, giving constructive feedback and support
• Collaborate with HR for training and development initiatives
• Determine staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies
• Inspire teams to meet customer expectations positively
• Analyze sales data to enhance clinic performance
Requirements:
• University or College Degree in a relevant area
• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit management within healthcare
• Leadership experience in sales or client-focused industries
• Strong performance management skills
• Excellent communicator with analytical capabilities
