As the Office Operations Manager, you will supervise a large team across various locations, ensuring a robust alignment with administrative practices and efficiency standards.
Your role is pivotal in creating a supportive environment for staff and facilitating strong client relationships. You will also oversee office budgeting and communicate internal needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop an administrative team of over 30 staff
• Enhance processes for better efficiency throughout offices
• Manage facilities and office renovations as necessary
• Support budget planning and office-related expenses
• Organize coordination for office events and activities
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in an administrative management role
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate in virtual teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience managing a multi-office environment
• Familiarity with MS Office;
Workday experience a plus
