Join us as the Director of Food Service to unify and grow our division post-Yen Bros acquisition. This strategic leadership role emphasizes expansion and collaboration across multiple territories.
As the Director of Food Service, you will guide our growth strategy across Vancouver Island and adjacent markets. You will partner with executive leadership to align commercial strategies and drive revenue through existing customer relationships and new market entries. This role entails leading the sales organization and fostering a culture dedicated to performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a comprehensive strategy for Food Service growth
• Lead Yen Bros integration with Islands West Produce
• Optimize operations for scalable growth
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts
• Drive sales initiatives and performance management
Requirements:
• 8–12+ years of leadership experience in Food Service
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth
• Expertise in broadline distribution and pricing strategy
• Ability to lead through transformations
• Strong team development and communication skills
