Bonus target up to 20% + equity participation

Benefits (medical/dental/vision), retirement match, EAP/employee programs, and insurance coverage

Responsibilities

Lead through visibility and relationships in the field—coaching, problem‑solving, and reinforcing a safety‑first culture

Partner with the District Manager and department heads to deliver service results, execute action plans, and hit financial targets

Drive commercial outcomes: territory planning, competitive/pricing awareness, tenders/RFP support, contract negotiations, and key customer relationships

Support union and non‑union environments, including day‑to‑day CBA administration and participation in labour discussions as needed

Contribute to forecasting and budget cycles; identify improvement opportunities through data and operational insights

Represent the district with community/municipal stakeholders and at local events

5–8+ years leadership experience in operations and/or sales management (logistics/transportation a strong fit; industry experience an asset)

Proven business acumen and financial literacy (P&L mindset)

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills

A true servant leader—credible with frontline teams and confident with customers and internal stakeholders
